  1. Why a & b are treated as normal variable as it has already declared it is an integer variable. what is meaning of normal variable in 21.02 time ie while loop 3rd case?

  2. I have a question.

    In the following program (while(false);) is not reachable and I think it should show compile time error according to what I understood before in while loop and now I am confused.
    do while(true)
    system.out.println("Hello");
    while(false);
