    how can i fix it?

    C:xampphtdocscropimage>composer require intervention/image
    Reading composer.json of fengyuanchen/cropper (v0.7.1)
Could not fetch https://api.github.com/repos/fengyuanchen/cropper/contents/composer.json?ref=9593fe45e58440bd1d3ed8fd9f1c78aca3eaa63e, please create a GitHub OAuth token to go over the API rate limit
    Head to https://github.com/settings/tokens/new?scopes=repo&description=Composer+on+LAPTOP-2ANJRT85+2018-03-14+2349
to retrieve a token. It will be stored in "C:/Users/Neil/AppData/Roaming/Composer/auth.json" for future use by Composer.
