This recipe is based off a java crusted steak recipe by Guy Fieri. I made a few tweaks to it then seared the strips on the cast iron grates on my kettle. Served them up with some grilled white asparagus and we were all set! This recipe is amazing! Try it out and let me know what you think. As always, thanks for watching!

  1. The only change I made was the sauce. I didn't have any stout so I reduced some leftover red wine (about half a bottle), added butter, oil and a bit of gravy powder to thicken it. It wouldn't have been as much of a perfect fit as the chocolate glaze, but the flavour still complemented the steak really well.
