  1. Hi, I am getting error while running the application in Eclipse IDE –

  2. Hi! I followed the same tutorial 4 months ago and I was really happy to see that I was able to connect to the database(using Win 7).

    Now, I have Win 8 . When I followed the same steps it says "Connection failed".
    Please help me.
    In the Administrative Tools option I have " ODBC Data Sources (32-bit) and ODBC Data Sources (64-bit)". I tried to add the connection in both,but the result was same.

  3. Confused. At point where you say should run and connect to database and if all is ok should show build successful. Why does the statement "System.out.println("Connection Succesfull"); not print????
    Not sure this is really working.
