  1. Hi, Great tutorials, first time for PHP and MYSQL.
i am having trouble connecting to my database using mysqli on my online server everything works on my local machine but when i transfer the files and change the connect_to_mysql.php file i get errors, i have rested tables to confirm connection using mysql but mysqli throws up errors and the server is version 5.0.83 any ideas where i can start looking ???

  2. When using variables, double quotes (") are not required in the mysqli_connect function. And I think it will be better to remove them. Because as a person who is used to code with single quotes, I spent almost an hour trying to figure out why my single quoted mysqli_connect didn't work.

  3. Wow, I have never worked in Dreamweaver … and now I know WHY! πŸ˜€ Hate that Designmode … but I think it's just about getting used to it. Thanks for the Tut so far, can't wait for the next parts.

  4. every place has its ghettos. Its one of the 5 boros (county) of ny which has its Ghettos.. lol. Everyplace on the planet has its good areas and bad.. London has some SLUUUMS too. πŸ™‚
