  2. Hi I'm getting issues in loading css file in my codeigniter project the layout is not displaying
    I tried to include the css path as describe by you as below
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<?php echo base_url().'css/bootstrap.css';?>"/>
    please advice, Thanks

  3. Sir I'm getting problem in loading css file in my codeignitor mini project
    I tried to include like the following methods:-
    1. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<?php echo base_url().'css/bootstrap.css';?>"/>
    2. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<?php echo base_url();?>css/bootstrap.css"/>
    3. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<?php echo base_url('css/bootstrap.css');?>"/>

    BUT still getting the same problem its not taking the right path. In the view source its displaying like this:-
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://::1/ciminiproject/css/bootstrap.css"/>

    Now I'm not able to understand from where it is taking that ::1/ in the middle of my path.

    So can you please tell me what I'm missing ???

  4. That's definitely not how you do that. CodeIgniter has included functions that allow you to load a view, e.g.: $this -> load -> view();
    You should use the delivered functions of the framework to be as dynamic as possible.
