This is a tutourial on how to downgrade to android version 2.3.3. because its much easier to root this version with superone click!! after doing this simply root it install cwm recovery and install any rom u want so long as you have an unlocked bootloader , but if u have locked bootloader dont worry there are roms which can be flashed with locked bootloader! if u want me to make videos showing how to flash these roms just leave comments to say you do…


  1. hi mate great vids what version of flash tool do you have? as I cant find a version with a firmware folder any where or can I use modern flash tool? if so what folder do I put the firmware in please respond.

  2. when i plug the device back in and keep holding the back button, nothing happen. the screen telling me to unplug it turn it off hold back and plug it in is still up and stays up and nothing at all happens.

  3. I just tried to do this and I already installed the drivers and after "28/005/2013 20:05:38 – INFO – Start Flashing" this appears:
    28/005/2013 20:05:38 – ERROR –
    28/005/2013 20:05:38 – ERROR – Error flashing. Aborted
    28/005/2013 20:05:39 – ERROR – Drivers need to be installed for connected device.
    28/005/2013 20:05:39 – ERROR – You can find them in the drivers folder of Flashtool.
    Can somebody say to me why this is ocurring?

  4. i updated my LG google nexus 4 yesterday to android 4.3 the previous version was 4.2.2 and the battery life of the phone is not so good like it was on the 4.2.2 how can i restore it to the older version.i tried the factory reset option but the updateas are still on my nexus 4 please how can i do it .. or is their anyway to improve battery performance over my nexus 4 in the 4.3 update THANK YOU

  5. @shadowsniper, can i use this link to downgrde from android jellybean 4.1.2 to 2.3.3? because now my xperia play cannot connect to internet with phone line(celcom) only can use wifi to connect to internet…hope u rply this A.S.A.P..thax a lot dr. Android

    i updated the Android version 2.3.2 to 2.3.4
    when it done i will start the phone but it only vibrates and nothing else
    i try it repeatedly but it dont work

  7. yes it will work on xperia s but u will need to flash the stock ftf.img but dont use the 1 i left in the description because it is for the xperia play and if u flash it will damage your device!! simply go to xda developers and find stock firmware ftf.img for xperia s then you can follow this tutorial video to flash it
